These Heat Pads provide effective relief for strains and sprains, period pains, backache, joint stiffness, muscular pain and muscular aches. Applied directly to your skin, they give targeted heat therapy. They're also fragrance free, non-medicinal, discreet and thin so you can wear them while you're out and about. Ingredients - iron powder, water, vermiculite, activated carbon, salt. Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Always read the instructions before use - heat pads can cause burns at low temperatures if misused.

How to use: The heat pad is air-activated, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it. Ensure the skin is dry and clean at the site of application. Open the sachet (do not cut the heat pad), remove the heat pad. Peel away the paper strips from both ends on the back of the heat pad. Apply the adhesive side of the heat pad directly to the skin of the desired area. The heat pad activates on contact with air and warms up slowly reaching full temperature after 20-30 mins. After use carefully peel off.
