How soon will I receive my item?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are processed within 24 hours of payment and are normally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Delivery times vary depending on the postage method selected at checkout. Orders placed on a UK Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day.

Some parcels may be shipped with another courier depending on size or weight.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 2pm GMT, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once we dispatch your order.
Free delivery across the UK on all orders over £100 (excl. VAT).
International delivery is currently unavailable.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
Yes. All orders are sent using tracked and signed-for services. If you are not available, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Will you deliver to a different delivery address?
Please ensure the correct delivery address is selected at checkout. If you need delivery to a different address, add it to your INNMARK account (Account → Addresses) and select it before paying for your order. Orders are processed quickly, and we may not be able to change the address manually after dispatch.
You can use a home or work address, but please ensure someone trustworthy can receive the parcel.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
We are a UK-based company and currently ship within the UK only. Customs duties do not apply.
Can I collect or visit your shop?
You can collect your order from our warehouse. Please bring your order confirmation (ID or printed order).
How are items packed?
Orders are packed with care using plain mailing bags or boxes. Items are sent in their original packaging and/or wrapped in tissue paper. All items are checked before dispatch.
I have received a faulty item — what should I do?
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us immediately via our contact form so we can help.
I have received the wrong item — what should I do?
If the incorrect item was delivered, please contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my order — what should I do?
Some orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels. Please check your dispatch confirmation emails. If an item is genuinely missing, contact us via our contact form.
I haven't received my item — what should I do?
Please allow 7 days for UK delivery. If your parcel has not arrived, check with your local sorting office. If it is still undelivered after this period, contact us for assistance.
