RETURNS
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products must be returned in resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging unless the item is faulty.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
